Pushy and rude staff on every level. Was told I could "look amazing with a little touch-up in the make-up department". 😂 Ball gown shopping with Judy (the saleswoman) was irritating to say the least. I'll stick to Saks or Barneys, thanks.
Was not impressed. Had to go back to the store after I left, because they gave me the wrong color lipstick...Interesting, they were out of it when I cam back for the correct one, which was 1/2 hour later. They just gave me something similar to make the sale. I've been in retail my entire adult life, and I'm very aware of the games.
Eric Bear the BEST representative of Bloomingdale's and David Yurman my wife and I could have ever met. We met Eric prior to our wedding a year ago (my wife's engagement ring is DY) I'm a New York native, my wife is a Ohio native. We are currently living in Upstate New York. He helped us to find the ring that was right for me, since then we've made three more purchases. As of today it will be 4.
