My very first experience at Bloomingdales was awesome! My favorite was the � department! The associate ....if I remembered well was Hermina Persaud. This young lady treated me as though I was her sister. She was warm, polite and had a beautiful smile to share,very knowledgeable of what I really was looking for, she went above and beyond in assisting me to buckle my shoes and helped me get off the chair. I was in NYC for my 30th birthday and we got make overs at Yves Saint Laurent. Best birthday ever! The whole staff was amazing and made me feel so beautiful. I will be back the next time I am in NYC!

Bloomingdales on 59th street is simply FABULOUS!!!
What a great experience from our entry to our departure. Julio on the ladies fragrance and men's aftershave counters was so lovely & friendly and gave us little free samples to take home ( we did purchase a ladies and gents fragrance) I then went to purchase a Kate Spade purse the lady on the counter said I could have a 10% discount which I would never have known about. Next time we visit New York i will def return to Bloomingdales. 2 very happy customers from the UK.
