I had a great experience. A very nice lady helped my wife, Iris Sanchez and daughter, Nathalia find a graduation dress and a prom dress. She was so, so pleasant, effecient and helpful. She really did Bloomingdale's proud!

Thank you for bringing Nick Jonas on Saturday. I love him to the moon and back. You guys had it very organized. I got my headphones home and when I opened them, they were cracked. I called and you said to bring them back with the receipt. I came back yesterday from South Jersey and you exchanged them with no issues at all and I was able to keep my autographed box. Thank You so much!
Bloomingdale's is nice and all, but don't go to the Chanel beauty counter. The representative that helped (?!) me the other day was passive-aggressive, she did not do her job! And after I Finished my purchase (not thanks to her, I figured things out myself), she took about 15 minutes to wrap the items as a gift and refused to give me a fragrance sample. Just a horrible experience.
