RecommendedBrilliant service, so much better than Macys
First time I have been to Bloomingdales and really enjoyed the visit. The salesman was really nice and helpful - although a pair of braces on his trousers might have been a good idea � The store is bright and airy. Will definitely visit again.
I will never shop at Bloomingdales again. I made an online purchase with "pickup at store" option at 4pm, and I received the phone call from number ending 5221 at 5:00 pm that confirmed my order was ready to pick up. What happened next was merely shocking to me. At 5:40pm, I received an email saying that my order was not completed and I should call the customer services. Then I was told by the agent that my order was actually CANCELLED and I could only purchase at the store or make another order and wait for another day. It ... read more
