Today we were served by the most ignorant sales assistant I have ever come across. She couldn't even make eye contact with us and made us feel as if we were nothing....despite spending quite a bit of money in the store. Not what I had expected from Bloomingdales and that's from and employee with a 25 years service badge.
Yesterday I went to the 59th street store to purchase some bras and to my shock and horror the ladies fitting room was filthy, and bras everywhere. There were no clean rooms and no fitting room assistant. # braseverywhere.#dirtyrooms. #understaffissues. # shameful.

The 5 stars are for Scott who when out of his way to help me find a duvet cover that was out of stock everywhere but listed on the web site as available. It would have been easy for him to say sorry you are out of luck but he took the time to look and I appreciate his help.
