Only reason I haven't given 5 stars is due to the service received from one member of staff on the MK counter.
I bought a pair of boots while visiting NYC. The young lady that waited on me was extremely helpful and pleasant. The next time I went to put on the boots the buckle broke. When I went in they swapped the strap immediately and I was in my way! Excellent customer service!
