Worst customer service ever! I ordered a Kate Space necklace on December 19th for delivery on the 22nd (in time for Christmas). I received my package however it was an empty box! I called on the 22nd and Bloomingdales did not offer overnight shipping but told me that the order would be reprocessed and it would be there by the 26th. On the 28th, I still did not receive my package. I called Bloomingdales in the morning on the 28th and they said that my order was never reprocessed for shipping!
