Not enough staff to help me and not at all polite with me rather ironic. I would havè bought a perfume which they didnt care to find
RecommendedThey charge you $6 for a ripped box for gift wrapping. (They ordered it online for me). I bought a $535 scarf and paid for shitty gift wrapping when I should've ordered from Nordstrom's for free gift wrapping and it would've looked 10 times better. Bummer.

Wonderful. Very friendly and helpful. Especially the lady at the small Chloé stand in womans. I did not catch her name. Beautiful and nice Brazilian lady.
We were on our first trip to New York and wanted to pop in for a couple of gifts; one was their iconic "brown bag" in medium but there was only one left on the main display and it was partially damaged but an assistant was happy to get a step-ladder and get another from a different display; we also wanted to find a snow globe but with a different theme than the 2016 Bloomingdales one and Jimmy racked his brain and pointed us in the direction of somewhere else in the city where we could get one- superb service
