We were in there yesterday, we were looking at buying some jewelry for my wife. The assistant was more interested in texting than she was serving so we went elsewhere.

I took my daughter here for the first time last Christmas and it was raining really heavy outside. We shopped until we dropped, had a coffee in the cafe and had an amazing experience. We found everyone very helpful and kind and very polite. We were served quickly and friendly even giving us waterproof bags for our shopping! A must visit on any NYC trip
