My first time going lighter and Emily was professional and fabulous the whole way, even booking me for a toning treatment with her apprentice to adjust the colour when I fancied. Left my hair soft and nourished and the blend of the balayage was perfect. I booked in after seeing my friends gorgeous hair who’s been going here for ages and would now recommend bloom myself to anyone! Lovely relaxing atmosphere, very welcoming. Thank you xx
