We stopped in today to grab a few flowers for a low key graduation lunch. Their website said they closed at 12 pm and we even called to make sure they were still open at 11. We got there at 11:13 am. And the woman was obviously annoyed we were there. They wanted to close up shop early to go set up for a wedding which I completely get but the woman should have told us that on the phone. Bloom and petal has the most beautiful arrangements you can purchase. Vince has a real God given talent for giving flowers a voice. I was fortunate in receiving a anniversary bouquet at work, and I must say everyone that saw it was blown away by the beauty.

We ordered a wedding bouquet and boutonniere for my brother's wedding. The wedding happened to fall on ice/snow day 2017! Roads were terrible. But Vince at Bloom and Petal made sure we would have our bouquet!! He came into the shop and we were able to get it! Amazing customer service!!! And the bouquet was breath-taking!!!!
I have gone in there serval times to buy flowers by the stem and have had a great experience. The men there are very nice and helpful but the lady there is rude and lacks customer service. I will never shop there again unless she is no longer there. I was in there to buy stems and the man said for me to go in and pick whatever I wanted. Then the lady appeared and asked what I was looking for and I told her a few stems for a corsage and boutonnière.
