Really friendly gym with a range of members in ages from early teens to elderly, so you never feel self conscious. The staff are all super friendly. Really well priced for memberships and a good range of machines
By far the best gym around in Falkirk. If your in trouble or struggling with someone there's always someone there to give you advise instead of looking at you and ripping you.... It's back to the old school here. your not looked down on your praised for being there in the 1st place
