I had a last minute panic when another salon in Thame cancelled right before a friend's wedding, and Bliss very kindly slotted me in. I was really happy with my nails, and I'll definitely be back!
Would give zero stars. Customer service is horrible. I came to the store 45 minutes before close. Asked the blonde lady with the brittle hair if I could get a 5 minute tan. Was told “no I am in a rush. It’s nearly closing time” The store was completely empty. Overall she was just too lazy to care about doing her job. Practically closed the door in my face! . So I Went to the alysbury tanning beds and was treated like an actual customer!. You just lost a whole lot of clients from being so rude and pathetic!
What an amazing place! Highly recommend. Special shoutout to Kirsty who (as always) made my lashes look incredible whilst entertaining my little girl.
Lovely friendly staff that go the extra mile , always there to help and give advice and their treatments are fantastic ! I wouldn’t go anywhere else
