Never have we had such a pleasant experience purchasing a vehicle. We drove to Torrington from New York expecting to shop for a new truck. We knew what we wanted and we had done our homework and Blasius had two Tacoma's exactly fitting our specifications. We also hoped to trade in our adorable VW Golf (also purchased with the help of Car Guru four years ago) but had no expectation of getting anywhere near the price we hoped for from a dealership. Blasius North is a great dealership. Jeff was very helpful and assisted me throughout the whole process. Everyone there was very nice. I also went to a few other Blasius locations and they all had great vehicles at great prices. 10/10 recommend this dealer :)
My dealer experience was a pleasant one. Listened to me didn’t try to sell me something I didn’t want. The price on the car was great but I didn’t put a deposit down and it sold right after I left. No one to blame except me. Steve will keep me informed of that make and model when they come in. Good experience but lost out for not acting quickly.
I saw a truck on car gurus gave my info and was promptly responded by Jeff C. Drove to the dealership from MA and was happy with what I saw. After negotiations we agreed on a deal that I was satisfied with. Jeff C went out of his way to accommodate me any way he could to make sure the sale and any unforseen hiccups. If you're interested in buying a car from Blasius ask for Jeff C. I give Jeff 5 stars for making the buy go smoothly, the reason four the 4 stars for the dealership, let's just say they made some rookie mistakes ... read more
I recently purchased a vehicle from Blasius North. Fourth vehicle from Blasius overall. Wayne was my sales person and he took great care of me. Very polite and courteous and easy to work with. I believe the managers name is Steve. Great guy he came over to meet me and we spoke for a bit. I worked with Jeffrey in finance to finish the deal and he is very knowledgeable and knows what’s best for the customer. Great vehicles also. I would highly recommend if you are in the market for a vehicle.
Everyone at Blasius North was fantastic!!!! We were new to car buying and everyone in the sales department was so courteous. We worked with Steve F, he was very knowledgeable about the type of car we wanted to buy, he made sure that all our questions were answered. After we met with Steve, we met with Jeff. He was AMAZING! He made sure that we knew all our options when financing the car. We had to update our car insurance company, and they quoted me almost $300 for full coverage for just myself on the policy.
