I have purchased about 10 cars in my lifetime and this was the best experience yet. Everyone was kind, pressure free and helpful. Financing was clear and stress free. I went for a test drive on day and picked up my vehicle 2 days later and drove home. They called me and explained every step of the way. I have already referred a friend who is car shopping. I will be going back in a few years for my next car.

Nonstop calls ,texts and emails
Price too high for a car that had no warranty at all. Also when I went to look at the vehicle it had not been washed or prepared any way for me to view it. The staff were nice enough but not very knowledgeable about the car such ad we asked if there was a backup camera and the salesman didn't know. Also Cargurus did not disclose the damages to paint, the scratches down the side or the mechanical issues including bit not limited to a shimmy and no heat/air conditioning/defroster, they would have to get that fixed before i bou... read more
