Repeatedly received inaccurate and misleading information could not get answer to request for total charges - then discovered very high fees for documents and Vin engraving. Advertised price available only if you financed through them, not if I paid in full without financing. Financing charges 2-3 times those available through reputable banks. Car had a series of dings and small dents they promised to fix, but then they insisted on payment in full without repairs. Nearly a month later my refundable deposit not refunded.

We explained to you in person our pricing does include $750 down payment assistance meaning if you don't use one of our banks and want to pay cash it is $750 more, and also is clearly stated on our website in BOLD PRINT. Car was overpriced for the amount of damage on the car, front bumper had the paint peeling off the wheels are all destroyed with very aggressive curb rash, holes in the drivers seat. They said no negotiations, then on top of that a 900 document fee.

If you asked some of those issue's with the vehicle you looked at would have been resolved. Are document fee is $698 not $900 good luck in your search.
The staff was friendly and courteous. They encouraged me to test drive the Jeep I wanted and I ended up buying it.

I came across Blasius North when shopping for a new car. I was fortunate to meet Jeff my salesman. He was patient through the whole process and helped me find a jeep I am very happy with. Never have we had such a pleasant experience purchasing a vehicle. We drove to Torrington from New York expecting to shop for a new truck. We knew what we wanted and we had done our homework and Blasius had two Tacoma's exactly fitting our specifications.
