Unpleasant, extremely stressful, disrespectful, uncaring, unprofessional receptionists. The practice manger has a very unfriendly, unprofessional, uncaring and couldn't care less attitude and extremely very argumentative attitude unfortunately it seems that patients are in the wrong and isn't allowed to complain or be concerned about the care at this surgery.
