Would be 0. Clearly slipped and messed up my haircut, then tried to claim thats how it was meant to be. Offered to fix (not sure how you are fixing something you meant to do?!) but obviously I'm not going to trust someone who's just butchered me to try again. I appreciate the response. Mistakes do happen to everyone, it's the nature of the business. I was upset though, my hair is long and will take years to grow back, and it will be frustrating and messy every day until then. excellent service. Friendly and welcoming service. My barber remember exactly how I like my hair to be cut and also my son, and I am quite demanding customer. Me and my are very happy the service, thank you

My 2nd time here, and I can definitely say it will not be my last, friendly staff, and a very nice hair cut, exactly what I requested and a very reasonable price. After using another place for the last 18 years I have found my new go to place.
