We recently bought my wedding ring here. The staff and service were exceptional. Nothing was too much trouble. After our wedding, I brought my wedding ring back to be made smaller, and my engagement ring to be made bigger. Again, the service was fab and all costs/timescales clearly communicated. I picked up both rings today. They were perfect and the workmanship extraordinary. I cannot see where the adjustments were made. I would highly recommend this shop. Many Thanks.
The only jewellers who were helpful on the phone when I queried fixing my engagement ring. I took it in and the wonderful member of staff stuck to his word and fixed my ring in a matter of seconds at no cost. Many thanks and huge recommendations!
