Was dirty filthy hell hole and owners are rude and obnoxious they also did not refund and my husband left brand new jacket on return not 20 mins later the jacket had gone out the room and was told we did not leave it there

This place is beyond poor to say the least. It’s unclean and the facilities are even worse. We booked through Expedia and to be honest will be asking for a total refund. Did not get any monies back. Do NOT book using Expedia under any circumstances. They do not give a toss. Got yer money. Kiss mine. Terrible.

This place is the dirtiest place i have ever stayed in. They have no care for customers safety either. Most of the fire exits were blocked with beds, bedding and rubbish. Ive only given a 1 star as I didn't know how to give a 0. Dont book its awful, damp, dirty, stinks of mould.

Disgusting, I just can't even begin to explain how bad it was. Rubbish under the bed and loads of plaster, plaster falling off the ceiling onto the TV and all over the carpets and drawers, no shower door. No hot water but constant heat off the radiator in a tiny room, coudnt open the window because it was blocked by a metal pole. The place made me feel physically unsafe and nervous.
