An absolutely fabulous spot. So restful, peaceful and charming. Very well equipped, with super comfy yurts and all you need for a relaxing glamping stay. They have really done an excellent job with this place.
Just got back from another lovely weekend at Blackdown Yurts. Lovely peaceful location, great hosts, who are always happy to help. The Yurts are very comfortable and well equipped with everything you need for your stay. The barn is great if the weather is not good. We have been many times now, and will be going many times more. We had our annual work get together at Blackdown Yurts last weekend and rented all of the yurts plus had use of the barn, from the moment we arrived Mark was amazingly friendly and helpful and we had a brilliant weekend. The yurts are beautiful and really cosy with the wood burners, the barn was a great addition and was a fantastic space to have fun in on the Saturday evening when the weather wasn't great. All in all a brilliant weekend and we will be back, huge thank you from all at Allspars.
Visited friends staying here. Looking to do similar. You may ask why. But Y is just the start for yurts.
Everything clean and tidy. Plenty of plates, mugs and glasses. Where the weather has started to turn, make sure to start a fire in the yurts and barn early to help it be a bit warmer! But there’s plenty of wood to help with this.
