On first glance the rooms are brilliant but then when you see past the glam your left with chipped paint, poor sealed bathroom and curtains are sub standard. The sleep wasnt an enjoyable night as there was some games night in the car park and was going on till about 11pm followed by car doors slamming and revving of engines. Staff was brilliant and food was good bit in a rush to go back
One of the loveliest inns ever - we were on our way up to scotland and stayed for a night in our camper and we never expected it to be so amazing the staff, the food, the atmosphere - we had dinner and breakfast here and it was just great 🫶 thanks for letting us stay with you
Lovely pub and our room was spot on the staff where very helpful especially the manageress who went above and beyond definitely go again to this hidden gem thank you all
Stayed overnight with motorhome on way south towards Cambridge. Free to use (incl 10A EHU) if using pub otherwise £10pn. Food was good and staff very friendly, great for a night stop-off. Toilet facilities open throughout the night and fresh water available too but no other services. Recommended without a doubt!
