From the moment you walk in the door everyone is so helpful and knowledgable!! The ladies are true professionals and have the most beautiful selection of jewelry. Can't wait to go back for another piercing, HIGHLY recommended!

This place is awesome. Everyone was genuinely friendly and nice, and they were very knowledgeable and thorough with their explanation of procedures and aftercare. Prices were very reasonable. Plus, the shop itself was very clean and awesomely decorated. I highly recommend them for all your piercing needs!
Walked in to find an energetic and busy storefront, full of immaculately displayed jewelry in cases. Despite many walk-ins, I was quickly greeted and helped, as were the customers around me- each of the employees was engaged and the staff clearly works seamlessly together. I've been going to Georgina for many years and she's awesome. I've had the pleasure of being pierced by Brooke who is also fabulous. Andie switched out some jewelry for me and she's great, too. They have so much jewelry to pick from and the ladies at the desk are patient and will show you all the options they have. If you want professional people and quality product, Black Diamond is where you should go.
Got my rook pierced by Andie as part of her training. All of the ladies here were wonderful and welcoming, Andie did a great job, and the selection jewelry is to die for. I will definitely be back!
