Staff is super knowledgable and friendly. The shop is immaculate. The jewelry is quality and is priced as such. Black Diamond is also one of the only places in CT that you can purchase BVLA and Maya jewelry. I would happily drive all the way back to West Hartford from the other end of the state for any of my future piercing needs!

I love this shop so much. From the moment you walk in, so comfortable, wicked friendly & professional! They're as excited for us as we are for what were gunna get done :) I feel special each time I've gone, never rushed through. Brooke just did my septum & she's amazing, can't wait to go back!
All of the ladies here are wonderful. They are patient and helpful when assisting you in choosing jewelry. I had 3 piercings done by Brooke a year ago, and all have healed beautifully. Black Diamond is the only place I'll go for piercings and all accompanying jewelry.

I got two hip dermal piercings last week. Brooke was amazing! She took her time making sure each side matched and explained everything in detail. She made it painless! They are healing great and they look awesome!! Thank you Brooke and all the staff!!
