This place has an amazingly dedicated and talented staff! The jewelry is of the best quality and I wouldn't consider going anywhere else for all of my piercing needs. The shop is pristine and all of the women that work here are extremely knowledgeable.
I have been to several "tattoo and piercing" places.. All have which ended badly in infections and huge raised scars. I have gotten three piercings from here and after my first I WOULD NEVER GO ANYWHERE ELSE. GREAT STAFF, CLEAN, QUALITY JEWELRY. You can even get cleaning solution there. Highly highly recommend it, only place I'd ever recommend.

Got my left nipple (to match my right) and top navel (to match my botom navel) pierced on 1-12-16. The shop is imaculately clean, the people are very profesional, extremely friendly, and highly knowlegeable. There is a great selection of top quality jewlery from the most well known and reputable brands in the industry. The process was simple and easy and I couldn't be happier with my new piercings and I will definately be comming back for more.

I was interested in getting a rook, so I stopped in on Saturday to have someone check my ears to make sure it could be done. Brooke was extremely helpful and went over all the jewelry and pricing. I ended up going back today to have it done, and Georgina was amazing! I will definitely be coming back here! Everyone here is so nice and helpful, I definitely recommend coming here!!! *Update* Andi just did my snug, and I absolutely love it!!!!
Black Diamond is hands down the best place to get pierced in Connecticut. Not only are the piercers super friendly and knowledgeable, but I feel like each piercing is individualized towards each and every person's needs. Instead of giving the same exact service to everyone, they truly evaluate your body's needs. Not to mention they always go above and beyond their super high standards! I love Black Diamond!
