I've been going here for a long time. Only place I will go for piercings and jewelry
Took my daughter for her second hole in her ears, everyone was helpful and the place is very sanitary. My daughter wanted the holes but is very scary and overly dramatic at times, Brooke told her what to do and my daughter didn't flinch. Taking my other daughter for her second hole before the holidays.
I'm so impressed. I haven't been to a place such as this in many, many years! ( I am 45 now, did brave things like this in my younger years) lol. All the girls where incredibly helpful, understanding of my questions and concerns. They are extremely professional. Even going as far as requesting the long form birth certificate to prove my identity because my daughter and I do not share the same last name! I have had my clavicle surface piercings done twice by the owner Georgina, and just had my nostril done last night by Andie and as usual- great experience. The shop is BEAUTIFUL as is the huge selection of jewelry. You can count on quality here, never any sketchy junk jewelry. It may be "pricey" but you get what you pay for. I don't know about other people but if I'm stabbing things into/through my body, I'd like it to be quality. Great job ladies. Best place there is.

I had a phenomenal experience getting my nose pierced today by Brooke. I was in and out in no time, though the time was taken to explain everything and get the piercing done. All of the staff was professional, kind, and helpful. Shop was so clean and you could see the time and effort is taken to keep it so. This was my best piercing experience yet!! Awesome job, very pleased, would highly recommend!!!

I'm from MA but am currently living in CT for college. I was really concerned about finding a piercing place that met my standards (I am kind of picky!) and this place just blew me away. I am so very pleased with Black Diamond! I've had 4-5 piercings done here since 2010'ish and their staff is always so nice, helpful, and knowledgeable. I had a piercing done recently, and because of issues out of anyone's hands, it became swollen and bothersome. I called in to ask advice, they had me come down and immediately made me feel right at ease.
