I took my 10 year old daughter to have her ears pierced and it will be a wonderful memory for her. Such a lovely place. Best customer service I have ever received. Incredibly organized, friendly and reassuring. I especially loved that no question was a "dumb" question, they took time with everyone for every situation. Thanks ladies. I just wish I wanted something pierced.
Went in yesterday to get my septum pierced and it was the best experience I've ever had getting pierced. The staff is welcoming (and beautiful), very helpful, patient, knowledgeable and they explain absolutely everything. I learned about the entire process, about the jewelry, and even the placement of the piercing. Also, they're jewelry selection is the best I've seen in the area. Highly recommend!!!

I was there few years ago for chest dermal implants Brooke did them. I loved the experience I had there so hard to find a place I'm comfortable with. Now I live in Utah and I can't find a place yet. Can't wait to go back for vacation to Connecticut I will be stopping in again. Brooke if you can so kind send me info on artist who did that unicorn � skeleton painting or send me a pic of it I would soooooo appreciate it thank you so much.
I went on Friday to get a Monroe piercing and the fabulous Punk Princess, Brooke, hooked it up! I appreciated FULLY how thorough she was in explaining the process and more importantly, the aftercare. She made me feel comfortable. Definitely will be going back for some more work.
