My husband and I called and made a same day appointment for a frenum and industrial piercing. The staff was super nice and accommodating. The shop was clean and comfortable. Rob did a great job! We will definitely be back for more.

I went here yesterday to get my tragus pierced. My experience was great from begining to end! Very welcoming, professional, and clean.
Surprised I hadn't written a review until now, but here it goes. I got my septum pierced there back in October 2016 and recently also had my bridge pierced. These are the only piercings I've ever had and the staff were more than kind and professional about the matter. Yesterday was my first time at black diamond, walking into the shop I was so amazed how clean and how knowledgeable every single employee was. I got pierced by rob and I couldn’t be happier! He was super clean, super nice and made me feel so comftorable! The jewelry there is absolutely amazing and the best quality I’ve seen!
