RecommendedSecond visit in 2 weeks to purchase new jewelry for my nose piercing. The staff was friendly, helpful and professional both times. I felt valued and welcome by all associates. Today’s visit has me back in love with my jewelry simply by fitting my stud to a better length after healing. I’m looking forward to my next visit to get a new piercing.
I’m sure this place does a terrific job but very annoyed after taking the day off from work to take my 7 year old to get her ears pierced go find out I need her birth certificate to prove she is my child. Drove from granby so on our way to Claire’s.
So professional, I got my conch done by Vikki a few days ago and I have had absolutely NO PAIN.... I don't know how that's possible. Miracle workers!!! Beautiful facility too. Absolutely will go back :)
This place is awesome. Highly recommended by friends and family for a reason. My boyfriend and I walked in on a Saturday. I got my ears repierced, which they didn’t even charge me for the actual piercing due to the holes still being open. They offered plenty of advice to both my boyfriend and I, and even my friend who wasn’t getting anything that day. They were super quick and attentive, even with a busy lobby. They did a great job on my nose piercing; very professional and clean.
Rob did my double helix. He was very outgoing and talkative which helped my nerves. He explained how the healing process would go! I loved the specific instructions! He is the BEST!
I have been to other Piercing places, and Black Diamond was amazing. They make you feel comfortable from the minute you walk through the door. The shop is very clean, and the jewelry selection is amazing!!! My new favorite store.... ❤️😘 ps: I have ALWAYS had trouble with my piercings not healing good, or having to change out the jewelry because of swelling, or taking 3x longer to fully heal. I was absolutely blown away when the piercing I got a Black Diamond had very little swelling and isn’t bothering me at all!
They know how to treat their customers and make getting pierced as easy of an experience as possible.
They have beautiful body jewelry and I loved my nipple piercings 😘who knew they could look and feel so good 😊
