I am so very pleased with Black Diamond! I've had 4-5 piercings done here since 2010'ish and their staff is always so nice, helpful, and knowledgeable. I had a piercing done recently, and because of issues out of anyone's hands, it became swollen and bothersome. I called in to ask advice, they had me come down and immediately made me feel right at ease. I want to just say how AMAZING I think this place is! I walked into the shop yesterday just wanting to get some info on nose piercings and I instantly got a very welcoming vibe. Andie really took the time to explain to me the process and aftercare of the piercing as well as the appropriate jewelry. She answered every question I could possibly have. Everyone was extremely helpful and made me feel comfortable. The jewelry offered is high quality and they have jewelry priced for all budgets. The only thing I would suggest is get there early because they get busy and the wait times could get long.
Very professional shop! Georgina did both my back dermals there about 3 years ago and they still look perfect. I snagged once and they put the jewelry back on and still perfect! Yesterday Andy pierced my nipples and talked me through the whole thing! She made the experience great! I was comfortable the whole time and that's kinda hard when someone is inserting a sharp needle in your nipple! Only place I'll go back to. Thanks black diamond!!!
I recommend Black Diamond � to clients, friends and family for all piercing and jewelry needs. The staff is top notch, friendly and knowledgeable from the piercers to the front desk. The shop is clean and very aesthetically appealing and an excellent location. They have a great range of jewelry in both prices and styles.
