I brought my little girl Emmie in to Black Diamond today to have her ears pierced. Andie was so lovely, calm and gave the best direction to my daughter. The "pierced ears" day was a beautiful success and Emmie was calm and had a wonderful experience. As a Registered Nurse for 27 years I was very impressed with cleanliness and sterility. I had gone to a tattoo shop to get my septum pierced. Long story short, the kid screwed up and put it in crooked, also causing a good deal of pain putting the ring in. I came to Black Diamond and Andie did my septum for me! Wow! She was the sweetest and has a real talent for what she does. There was literally NO PAIN! She made me very comfortable and did an amazing job! I will be coming back again and again! And on a side note, the shop is gorgeous and all the girls are super nice! Best shop in CT!!

This place has an amazingly dedicated and talented staff! The jewelry is of the best quality and I wouldn't consider going anywhere else for all of my piercing needs. The shop is pristine and all of the women that work here are extremely knowledgeable.
