No stars for this place, only giving one cuz i can't submit the review without it. EW. Boy learn how to respect people. I think they are upto no good, the way they turn customers away so quickly with their bad breath and degrading words.

Like everyone else, if I could give 0 stars I would. Literally the WORST customer service I’ve ever had honestly. I went in with my sisters as my younger sister wanted to make her first gold investment. Wrong move from our side, this place is ridiculous. To name your store “Bismillah jewellers” and then not even show normal human decency is insane. This is NOT what Islam teaches us as Muslims, how are we supposed to respect our elders when they treat us with such disrespect please do your research on reviews from places.

Had a missed call from them on my mobile rang them back asking why they rang me and he was just rude swearing at me etc. Never spoken to this company before as I'm in Cornwall, rang him back and told him how rude he is so he starts screaming down the phone at me. Terrible phone manners

If I could give it 0stars I would. The old women in there was so horrible. Zero sense of respect and customer service. Absolutely disgusting behaviour . At least have shame for what the jewellers is called. An embarrassment. Luckily I went across the road where I actually spent my money where it was deserved.
