Do not like leaving bad reviews but I would advise looking elsewhere if you are looking to have dreads or have work on existing locs. Unfortunately this technician is unable to blunt your tips or follow simple instructions or requests. I wanted palm roll on existing locs but ended up with half a tub of wax on my natural locs and hair in plaits. They did offer to fix but damage was done and had lost all confidence. Visited the salon for the first time back in September. The owner as well as her Mum were lovely. Highly recommended. ☺️
