Debora has been absolutely amazing. She has replied to emails so quickly during my house sale and onward purchase. Everything else was so slow and she was constantly chasing. After a really poor experience with another solicitor last time we bought a house, we’re really pleased that we put our trust in Bishopsgate. Horrendous law firm. We finally completed on the sale of our buy-to-let property yesterday after months of unnecessary delays caused by the buyer’s solicitor, Bishopsgate Law. This was a vacant property sold to a first-time buyer, so entirely chain-free and straightforward. I recently purchased a property and used Bishopsgate law from Northampton office which was recommended by my sister as they previously used them. The team that was looking after me (Niharika and Olivia). They were both fantastic and were very helpful and they had good communication and supported me through my house purchase. We used bishopsgate, Northampton, for buyijg/selling conveyancing. Initially, we went with this firm as they were 1k cheaper than others. I reckoned that I may have to do some chasing, but it was worth the 1k. I didnt need to, my cases were handled by Olivia. She was amazing, emails were answered swiftly, she was supportive, kind and madly efficient.
