Today i had a root canal and im 22 weeks pregnant so i couldnt have gas.i was so nervous but dr.payne and the staff were so nice and made sure i was comfortable the whole time!
The 1st nurse I met in the patient room was Heysoon (sp?) and she is precious!!!!! She made me feel very comfortable. I had to get a temp crown (broke tooth last nite); Dr. Richardson did a great job & he communicated very well! The asst Danielle did well & often asked if I was comfortable. This was not the way I intended on spending my Sat morning, but BFDS took care of me & my urgent need. Thank you!!
I was very excited to find a dentist who was open on sat. I made an appt. for 1pm I was seen 2 1/2 hrs after then the dr whose name I did not catch did something I didn't pay for. The dental assistant knew exactly what I had paid for. He nonchalantly we will just put it on your bill pay when you can. Wtf no I won't he aid I got carried away you think . Then he answers his cell phone to tell his wife he was still at work. Yes you are & with a patient wow!!! 3 hrs later my temporary crown fell out yep you read right fell out. ... read more
