RecommendedSTAFF AND DENTIST WERE VERY FRIENDLY,especially it being the weekend. The price is very reasonable for Emergency extractions.
The owner that's running a business should be concerned about his customers. Please don't believe the 100% Patient Satisfaction that's on the door because when you contact the owner (Dr Swicord) he is very rude, but I will be moving forward with this complaint.

I have used this office several times and I highly recommend it. I came in today and again I can’t express how well everyone took care of me and made sure I was taken care of and list of neurologist for me to go see for Bell’s palsy. Very scary situation for me but everyone I came in contact with was extremely caring and compassionate!
I am very pleased with the quality of service I receive each visit. Dr. Pain is the best!!
Thank you Dr. Swicord and sweet staff for taking great care of me during my dental emergency. Dental procedures terrify me, but y’all reassured me during the process and got me through a very painful situation. BFDS is the perfect place to go when you have a tooth that gets angry and decides to give you trouble outside of traditional office hours. I am grateful. God bless all of you!!!
I was in a car wreck on April 19th 2016 and my teeth got knocked out and broken off. I was sent to have what teeth I had left surgically removed and then sent to Birmingham Family Dental to do my dentures. Dr Latimer is such an amazing and wonderful caring man. He did my dentures and everyone that doesn't know about my wreck thinks that these are my real teeth! I got my dentures on March 13th 2018. If you're not happy then Dr Latimer isn't happy and will fix any problem until he gets it right and makes sure you are 100% happ... read more
I got there maybe an hour & 45 minutes before my appointment and they took me right on back anyway.... Very Professional....
