Called and was told to be there at 12:30 waited two hours and felt worse when I left. Never had a tooth hurt that bad being pulled. And wasn’t told till I was leaving that with insurance it would be 165. The staff was friendly but just never been hurt so much in my life and my regular dentist would of called and checked on me. Bad experience. Bad neighborhood felt uneasy. Would not recommend and will not go back. Finances should of been discussed up front not professional at all. Great Place, Great People and Great Hours! Everyone is so pleasant which makes a sometimes not so good experience easier to beart.
Fast service, friendly staff, and they take walk-ins!
I called on a Saturday morning they worked me in and i didnt really have to wait long for being worked in. Everyone was very friendly. I got two teeth pulled and one was a wisdom tooth. I would recommend them.
My first visit was on a Sunday! I was coming home from out of state. They got me right in and pulled the offending tooth! Both my husband and I have been back since. Had to go yesterday thinking I would have to have another tooth pulled. Dr. Taylor was able to do a root canal which was Painless and quick! Saved the tooth! am amazed! Thank you all for being so great!!!
I am very pleased with Dr. Latimer. Great communicator. His extraordinary level of experience is evident also. Both times I was in a chair and face to face with a dentist within minutes.
They were very good to me I recommend them highly the staff an oral surgeon are very good
I was in and out. The facility was very clean and the staff polite. I hate going to the dentist, but this wasn't bad at all.
I had a denist to work one the 7-31-17 by the 8-3-17 I was in worse pain then i was when I got my tooth extracted so I tried calling the denist that previously worked on me no answering phones leave meassag I'm too of messages no calls back so the 5i could take itvanybmore more no denist would work a another denist extraction place but Birmingham dental service told me to come in I got there at 8:45 I was called back at 9 I had a dry socket and a piece of the tooth was left in Dr.Davis was great got the tooth out and fixed t... read more
