With regards to the review from G Smith, Birkby Construction complied with all HSE asbestos removal guidelines and this was carried out locally with Sevenoaks District Council Environmental Health Officer. All associated documentation and procedure was approved. In connection to the dangerous structure, we were denied access to the property to take support of the wall and, therefore, informed the neighbour this may occur and to stay clear of this area at all times until removal of the wall following receipt of planning permi... read more
