I went back to exchange an item only to realise they charged me for 5.6g when the item was 5.5g. Unhelpful staff saying they don't have items you're looking for when you can see there are plenty - they have a reluctance if they feel like you might not buy a big item.

Avoid this jewellery shop! The owner is so rude, he thinks he is God's gift! Shop was really empty on a Saturday but it explains why he doesn't have many customers. The salesman was so rude too, he told me the price for a bracelet was the last price without asking the owner and the owner reduced further but then said he doesn't want to sell because he's ego got hurt!

They charge you the price for 24ct but sell 22ct. IMPORTANT: MOST SHOPS charge you the price for 24ct but sell 22ct. 22ct isn't 100% pure gold, its 91.6% (you'll see this number hall marked on most items). To find out cost of 22ct you multiply current 24ct gold price by 0.916. MAKE SURE YOU ASK BEFORE PAYING. THEY SHOULD CHARGE 22CT PRICE WHICH IS LOWER THAN 24CT.

Terrible Experience! Used to be a regular customer but never again. I went last week with my sister. I was looking at bracelets and my sister was on the phone. The owner was extremely rude saying she can’t even talk on the phone. No idea why because there was no video call or pictures being taken. I was looking at the bracelets while my sister was speaking. I was a regular customer until today. A guy who looks like he’s wearing a wig the wrong way thought he can be mannerless without consequences. We’ve selected a pendant worth £139 and we’ve KINDLY ASKED if he could do it for £120 (we weren’t nagging, this was the first price we’ve asked and the shop wasn’t busy).
