Mikka helped with my repairs and found that my parts were on warranty. Two and a half hours of repair and did not pay! Thank you!
This is my second time working with Kathy to get my cars. Kathy was exceptional to work with! She really worked to get me the car I wanted and the price I could afford. Also the service department is great! They have always took care of my service needs in a courteous and timely manner. I wouldn't go anywhere else to buy my car. I am very happy with the service I receive.

We had a fantastic buying experience! We highly recommend our salesperson Chris Tombrella. He spent a lot of time with us making sure we left with the best vehicle for us. Miikka is my service writer, he is professional and curtious and my go to guy , he goes over and above to help you , you don't get that at other dealerships, I bought my Escape from Bill MacDonald and I don't let anybody but MacDonald Ford work on my cars , work has always been done right the first time never having to bring it back. I would recommend Bill MacDonald to anyone looking to buy a car , and I have in the past .
