2017 Ford Escape...Great Staff...Thank You...HEATH OSTERBECK...
Not pleased at all I was supposed to pick up a car from Ed Thoms today 2/8/17 but they apparently sold the vehicle last night called him yesterday to confirm that we would be there to buy the car and then today calls us and tells us they sold it last night really who does that I guess only a crappy sales man and a bad dealership and to who ever bought the red 2009 Ford focus that's the car we were going to get for 3200.00 just so you know.

Awesome staff. Heath was an excellent representation of a caring business. He made it all seem easy. He has a great personality as well. Leasing a truck for the first time ever, he was reassuring and I couldn't believe it when he said here's your truck!!! great service here.

They've always taken the time to explain exactly what they found, how it affects my vehicle's performance, and what needs to be done to fix it.
