We had a great experience purchasing a new Focus. Daryl Mukrdechian was very helpful and friendly and took great care of us pointing us towards the Focus Sel hatch. Christopher also was very warm and helpful when we came to pick the car up and made sure everything was right. I would definitely recommend anyone looking for a new vehicle to you guys thank you :)

Took car to have trans work done. I had my warranty that I paid extra for that I have a $100 deductable. I didn't find out until I picked up my car that the part was fixed a year ago and I missed (by 4 days) warranty. I made my appointment 2 weeks prior. My car is 2014 their rental was a 2011 and was stinky and dirty.. I now know why I buy Chevy.

After looking into your warranty information, we found that your warranty was for 60,000 miles or until the given day. When your car was brought in, it was at 69,000 + miles which means that the warranty had already ended prior to scheduling your appointment. As for the dirty rental car, we would like to offer you a Free Car Day at the Spa to make up for the inconvenience.
All the staff was very friendly and helpful, Adam is a fantastic sales person if you're looking for a used car. He made the whole process extemely fast and simple. Will definitely be coming back for my next vehicle!
