Jenna, we went through our records and found what we believe is upsetting you. Your vehicle's crank does not work every time and we are currently trying to repair it even after it has visited other dealerships in the past. The issue however should be with Ford Motor Company and not our dealership. We believe that we have been doing everything to keep you happy, including giving you a car to drive while the repairs take place.
Heath Osterbeck was such a great help! Nicest dealer on earth! Go to heath. Ask for heath, he knows what's the best he's got for the money and for your situation. Bill MacDonald was extremely affordable too!
