My wife and I own four vehicles none of which are Ford products. After trying other dealer related service centers in the area we have found Bill McDonald’s to be the most reliable and credible when it comes to the care of our vehicles. Dave Jones the service manager and his crew do an outstanding job diagnosing and correcting the problem no matter the level of difficulty. I would highly recommend this facility if your vehicle needs care.
I stopped in for an oil change without an appointment expecting to be told I would have to come back. They got me in right away instead. The staff is always super pleasant and a joy to work with. I didn't buy my truck there but my future purchases will be from them
