I had my husband’s expedition detailed there. They did a superb job, the first time it has shined in years! It was well worth it.
This was the worst experience I have ever had a dealer. My husband called June 25th and spoke to Meeka about having a part replaced due to a recall. Meeka told him to come in July 1st first thing in the morning. My husband arrived early on July 1st and was told he wasn't in the system. Even after talking to Meeka on the 25th and answering all his questions about the vehicle. He then answered them again and was told they may not be able to fix it and would have to order a part. I had a dead battery when my car arrived to MacDonalds, and thanks to Steve in service, I had a new one installed within the hour. I only use MacDonald Ford for purchasing new cars and for service. I am and always have been a Ford gal.
