Had a very good experience with Bannisters. Selling your home can be tough going, but I felt supported by the team all the way. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Would definitely recommend.
Bill bannisters LIED to me as a landlord. They claimed to have done regular inspections with photos. Yet no photos AT ALL of the garage where the damage was! AVOID this god awful company!
I rented a flat for 8 months, which turned out to have a VERY bad black mould problem. Bill Bannister denied any problem, despite evidence from myself and the last tenant, the. Allowed the landlord to blame it on me when I left, even though I left it cleaner than I had found it. They also didn’t fight my corner when I had a faulty wood burner for the first 5 months (main source of living room heating). They NEVER fought my corner. Useless.
Partner rang to discuss putting an apartment on the market but the attitude was pretty dire no enthusiasm and just kept droaning on about other sold properties in the area . Anybody can sell cheap . So shop around folks
