We pride ourselves on being able to deliver Bikram Yoga to the Toledo Community in a state of the art facility. Bikram Yoga Toledo is excited to announce that it now offers infrared heating inside the yoga room. With the addition of infrared we now employ three methods of heating our yoga room – Steam, convection, and now infrared heating technology. Speak with one of our teachers for more information on how infrared heating can help you.

One of the best decisions I made was to give BYT a try...not only did I fall in love with practicing yoga I also gave hot Pilates a try and I'm hooked! the high intensity, low impact is perfect, the positive atmosphere is really motivating! The staff is super friendly and helpful as well! This place is great for your mind and body!
Bikram is THE hardest work out you will probably ever encounter, and you'll walk out of class feeling like a million bucks because you just did something amazing. Then, believe it or not, you'll want to come back and do it again. The instructors at BYT are fabulous, respectful, kind, and encouraging, always helping me improve my postures. I continually look forward to coming back to class. Thanks for all your hard work, BYT! �
I started going to hot yoga because my knees aren't great. I knew if I could improve my flexibility, my joints would also improve. The instructors are nice, taking time to explain the moves. I've been doing the 90 min yoga classes. The first class, I didn't think I could make it. Well, I say that about every class, but I did. Come check it out. The $30 for 30 days for new students is a great deal!
