We pride ourselves on being able to deliver Bikram Yoga to the Toledo Community in a state of the art facility. Bikram Yoga Toledo is excited to announce that it now offers infrared heating inside the yoga room. With the addition of infrared we now employ three methods of heating our yoga room – Steam, convection, and now infrared heating technology. Speak with one of our teachers for more information on how infrared heating can help you.

This weekend was my first time at Bikram and I abosuletly loved it! The instructors make the class fun and informative. I took the 60 min hot yoga and came back the next day for the hot inferno Pilates, both really fun! Only good things to say about this place :)
