RecommendedChallenging yoga workout in 105 degrees. Instructors are supportive, even if you're a beginner. Cold, lavender infused towels given out at the end of the session are amazingly refreshing!!

RecommendedBikram is such a wonderful and healthy way of working out. The Hot Room is very clean, the staff caring and super friendly and the classes are challenging, but manageable for ever fitness level. Even though I live quite far away, I keep coming back. The trip is worth it every time. Keep up the good work!!!
