We pride ourselves on being able to deliver Bikram Yoga to the Toledo Community in a state of the art facility. Bikram Yoga Toledo is excited to announce that it now offers infrared heating inside the yoga room. With the addition of infrared we now employ three methods of heating our yoga room – Steam, convection, and now infrared heating technology. Speak with one of our teachers for more information on how infrared heating can help you.

Who knew hot yoga was so awesome?! Although I had wanted to try hot yoga for awhile, it took a running injury to get me there. The Hot Room Toledo is it’s own little community-everyone is welcoming and no one is judging you. Even more impressive was the quick offerings of streamed classes during the 2020 Covid-19 quarantine. Thank you, Tim, for all you do!
Awesome workouts and instructors! Always a great workout! Love the variety the studio offers from inferno Pilates, bikram yoga both 90 & 60 min options, fusion and yin yoga!!! ♥️

love coming here, its addicting. Always a great work out, good music and amazing instructors.
It smells in there and it’s not body odor, smells like it needs to be sanitized.
I bought the intro month and I am loving all of the classes! I really enjoy Martha’s pilate class because she engages with her students and provides the most encouragement. The room stays very hot and I definitely feel like I have completed a solid work out when I leave class! 💪🏼
